Pooch and Pony- Pet Sitting | Horse Clipping

Established 2017- Pet Sitting and Horse Clipping in the Hawkesbury N.S.W

Hi, my name is Melinda and I run Pooch and Pony. Pooch and Pony is a registered and insured business. This means you have peace of mind knowing that this isn't just a hobby or someone looking to make quick cash. I may cost more than a friend or neighbor but you do get what you pay for. I do this day in and day out. This is all I do so you know your pet will have the time and dedication given to them that they deserve.

I am reliable and trustworthy and can provide references on request or numbers of clients you can call and talk to yourself.

I started this business as I often had people asking me to care for their animals while they were away, so I thought why not start a business doing a job that I love? I prefer the company of animals to people, so this is honestly the best job in the world. No longer do you have to go away and ask friends, family or neighbors to care for your animals.

As well as pet sitting, I offer horse clipping and in my first year of offering this to the public, I had over forty horses clipped! I offer full body clips as well as trace clips, hunter clips, comfort clips for those equines suffering cushings disease, or custom clips to your specifications.

I own, breed and show Miniature Horses at Local, State and National level with great success. As well as that I have worked in pre training stables and trained and driven Standardbred horses in races. Rest assured, your horses and pets will be in great knowledgeable hands.

Not only that, I have my Diploma in both Equine and Vet nursing with distinctions in care for the performance horse and horse breeding. I am more than capable to give your pets medication and care for their every need.

No job is too big or too small. Be it you can't get home from work to feed your animals, or you are going away for a month and need someone to watch over things. I have clients with one cat right through to clients with fifty horses, no job is too big, or too small.
